Password for Remote Desktop

hey guys,

when i connect to remote desktop the dialoug box comes up and says enter password, but iv got no password set. and when i click ok it says that the password or domain is incoreect. how can i get around not having a password?? or how do i set one up??

Things work best with remote desktop if you assign passwords. On the remote machine (the one to which you wish to connect), create (or modify) an account with the priveleges you wish (limited user or administative access) and set a password. On the client machine (the one you're using to access the remote), connect using the username and password you just set up on the remote.

I don't know that there is a way around having a password on a remote desktop capable account.

It can be done with a blank password, but it will give you grief sooner or later...

you have to have a password... but you can set up the pc to automaticaly logon, so its like not having one
