PC antispyware fix

Hey there Blind Dragon and all,

I saw one of your posts on yahoo answers and I was hoping you could help me out. I got nailed by a multitude of nasty viruses over the weekend and it was hard but I was able to flush them all out using AVG, Spybot, Combofix and Smithfraud except for one. The PC antispyware popup just won't go away no matter what I try. So here is a logfiles from Hijackthis, SuperAntispyware and Malwarebytes Anti Malware. I hope you can help me get rid of this real pain in the *** virus.

The HJT log timestamp preceeds the MBAM log timestamp. That makes it difficult to comment about your situation. To me, your logs appeared to be clear of malware.

The HJT log is loaded with o18 entries. The program file associated with this appears to be legit.
