PC build: Gaming: Max settings, 1080p, 60fps [$1,000]

Hi guys,
I'm going to buy a gaming PC and need your opinion on this build:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($204.95 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI H170A PC Mate ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($104.15 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($84.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($84.34 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($70.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 390 8GB Nitro Video Card ($339.99 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($90.99 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($67.00 @ Amazon)
Keyboard: Logitech K120 Wired Standard Keyboard ($14.79 @ Amazon)
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Chroma Wired Optical Mouse ($57.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1120.18

- The power supply "FSP Raider 650W Silver" is not avalible in 'PcPartPicker.com', but I'm thinking of buying it. Is it any good?
- I'm concerned about the motherboard, because I didn't find any reviews about this model. Is it any good? [I don't plan to overclock]
- I'm also thinking about downgrading the DDR4 to a simple 2133mhz. Is 2400mhz really worth the extra dollars?

You're probably NOT going to get 60 fps average on all those games you listed with that hardware. AC Syndicate and Witcher 3 are incredibly demanding.
