PC freeze

Got some odd things happening with my PC lately...here we go
If I leave it on and running, it's fine. Problems happen when I'm on the internet. (Chrome)
Screens (dual monitors) will go black and come back on.
When opening a new website, (on occasion, not every single time) the PC will freeze up completely. Can't do anything...mouse, keyboard...time to hit the reset button.
When I reset, the PC starts but the screens aren't on.
I hold down the power button, shut it off, then start it again and it's fine.

Also been having WiFi issues the past few days. Router is the E2000, it's old...haven't had a stable connection lately.
Just unplugged everything then plugged it back in, so far so good.

I noticed that Chrome would freeze most often when I visited a page that had video ads running on the perimeter. I added an AdBlock extension and that seems to have solved the issue.

Hey GNS1310,

First of all, let me know that which Windows OS you are using?

If you are a Windows 10 user, then it’s one of the common issues which you are facing right now. After a research for your problem, I had landed on:
