I have a big issue and I don't understand why its doing this now, it started the restarting issue when I played overwatch for the first time and now it just restarts for any game I have open.

My Specs:
Case is iBUYPOWER AZZA Atlas Gaming Chassis
Graphics card is Nvidia EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB SC Video Card
power supply is EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B BRONZE 750W 80+ Bronze
My CPU is AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4300, FD4300WMHKBOX
My motherboard is a MSI 970 GAMING DDR3 2133 ATX AMD
My hard drive is WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZRZ
I don't know my 2 ram sticks it just says kingston on them, both are 8gb
My OS is windows 10, but it was having the same issue when I was using windows 7
I only have about 3 fans in my case and the fan for the cpu is a stock fan and I think I have a over heating issue or something because all my parts are new, like about 6 months old and I don't think its the power supply.

I'm thinking about changing the cpu and getting a Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler for the cpu

But I would like to hear from people who know their stuff or just get help in general

Open the Event Viewer and under System, look for any ERROR events

Ok... I'll go more slowly

scroll to the first ERROR, dbl-click on it, clink the little document icon, and paste into a NOTEPAD application window.
scroll to the next ERROR and repeat.
do this a few more times.

the come back to TS and COPY all the notepad data and paste into your reply

SO; Why did you 'loose power'?

Sometimes when its thundering the lights go out, which causes it turn off completely

That's nasty and can do lots of damage.
Solution:
Get a UPS
connect all network gear to it
and then your PC
At least you get a chance to control the shutdown for long duration brown-outs.

oh, ok thank you. should I get this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...0446076&PID=3821802&SID=is58zlvctk000a1700053

or this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0019804U8/ref=s9_top_hd_bw_b3Cto_g23_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-3&pf_rd_r=ABF1TDB4FV3FE2RC1VDE&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=92dac3d0-4ad8-5e84-b87d-4a65ff94e801&pf_rd_i=764572

also, I still don't know why my pc restarts randomly when im gaming

1) good choice :)

2) get back into the Event Mgr (as admin) and CLEAR the SYSTEM LOG

3) when you get another 'unexplained shutdown', get back into it and repeat what we've doneabove

I suspect an over heat condition which is hard to track down
