PC restarting (minidumps attatched).Please help

I've had this PC a few years and have reformatted and reinstalled several times with no problems whatsoever.
Howewer, after a reformat and reinstall yesterday it has auto restarted 5 times( now disabled).
The only difference with this reinstall is the use of AVG and Zonealarm instead of Norton.
All other software installed is the same as I've been using for ages.

I had considered this PC to be "bullet proof" - this is the first problem I've ever had with it.

If anyone would have a look at the minidumps and help shed some light on the problem I'd really appreciate it.

[Failsafe]

I tried to update my audio drivers a few minutes ago (Audigy) and it rebooted during the update process.
This is really frustrating.
I have attatched this latest minidump.

My system specs are in my profile.
The PC has never had issues before.

I think it's crashing at your soundcard driver. Try updating the driver again.
