PC Restarting

Hello,i found this site through google,my problem is with my daughters pc which restarts randomly but often.
specs are:
amd 2ghz cpu
256meg crucial ram
windows xp home
epox mobo

after unchecking restart on errors i got this blue screen
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
technical information:
STOP:0x000000D1(0x00000000,0x00000002,0,00000000,0x00000000)
i know its not much to go on but i'm not very good with these things!
any help much appreciated

If that doesn`t help, zip 5 or 6 minidumps together, and attach them here.
