PC won't turn on...

Ok, a couple months ago, my pc all of a sudden stopped picking up wireless networks in the area(even though there are three), so I haven't been on it since. Today, I decide to get off my **** and see about taking it in or throwing it off a building(I'm leaning towards throwing it). For some reason, it just, WON'T turn on, i've tried using all sorts of different power cables and outlets, you name it, nothing works.

Is it possible the power supply could fail?
