Pci-e Lite?

What does that lite mean? Does that mean I can run any PCI-E graphics card? OR are there limitations to what I can only run (i.e no PCIEX16)...what if I put in a PCIEX16 Graphics card? would that work?

Sorry if thats alot of questions, I just want to be knowledgeable before I go out and buy something expensive.

E or Express all ways mean the other, "Lite" is that actual wording. Havnt seen that one before. You can see if the pins line up and go from there maybe. Sorry I cant help more

I have done some research can it seems like PCI-E lite is some sort of OEM (MSI) expansion slot. A normal card will fit, but it seems like the transfer rate is reduced. (4x)

That being said, it seems all the boards that have that expansion slot are boards with 2 PCI-E slots. Is the case on your board?

Thanks alot but mine actually has an AGP slot and a PCI-E lite slot.
