Peculiar problem of Pasting and saving option becoming disabled

i have Windows NT Terminal Server on my computer. i get this peculiar problem that when i connect to internet, after a while this peculiar problem arises i.e. i cannot save the webpage, i cannot paste the copied contenets as the paste option becomes disabled. Even when i start Word i get this message "This document could not be registred. it will not be possible to create links from other documents to this document". Also paste does not function in any application. Excel does not start. And no file can be copied from any folder to other folder. The problem gets solved once i reboot system. But agin surfaces as i get connected to internet and start working with internet explorer. I scanned with all the anti virus scanners but in vain. Any help or information regarding the solution for this is welecome.
