Perminately delete, deleted files

  1. Is there a way to perminately delete files that have already been deleted so they are NO WHERE on the hard drive. like cookies and history i have deleted?

    acronis or steganos both will clean traces by re-writing to the area of drive

    norton systemworks also has a government wipe function.
