Permission Setting Help...

I had this folder on D drive called OfficeDoc and I don't know why I've set the security permission setting not to delete any files/folder in this OfficeDoc folder.

I can create any files, copy within OfficeDoc but cannot delete them.
I try to login as Administrator and still no help. Is there a way that I can overwrite this?

Boot up into safe mode and see if you can then. To get into safemode, tap the F8 key continuously at bootup, then select Safe Mode, or enter #3.
