photoshop cs2 cause windows error

Help!!!
lately my windows get error BSOD's error when working with photoshop cs2,
it can open the program but when working for a few minutes it always get blue screen please help me

Have you tried re-installing the application?
Check your memory modules. Maybe one of them is faulty.

i've reinstall the application using "Your Uninstaller 2006", but it seems today the aplication running well coz i don't see any BSOD again.(i didn't do anything with it).

by the way i will check the RAMs, can you give some advice for good application to test the memory test module.

Normally, a bugcheck(BCCode) of 9C means you have some kind of hardware problem, see below.

0x0000009C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred. The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU, hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU).
