  1. A blue screen keeps popping up every now and then. I've reformatted the computer several times and it's still happening. The computer is also slower than it was before i reformatted. I'm using Windows XP.

    512 Kingston Ram
    AMD Anthlon 64 processor 3700+
Leadtek Winfast Geforce PX7600 GS TDH
    Winfast NF4uk8AA motherboard

And i'm not that good with computers so i'll try my best to provide information if needed. Thanks

you will need to go into your windows minidump folder and zip up the last 3-4 minidumps as an attachment for analysis. If you prefer to analyze it yourself, you can download the debugger program from microsoft. It will be a lot of garbledegook for most newbies, but after awhile, you'l be able to figure out what's wrong. Anytime windows gets a BSOD a mindump log file is written to the HD.
