Physical memory dump when copying DVD

  1. All of a sudden when I try to copy a DVD with NER0 6 by about 10% complete I get a blue screen Physical Memory Dump, with error message;


    *** STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x0000002 0x00000001 0xE21EA5FD)

    I'm using Pentium 4
    XP PRO SP1
    CPU 3.00GHZ
    1.00GB RAM
    Sony DVD-ROM DDU1612
    Pioneer DVD-RW DVR - 106D

    Desperately need help...........

    Hello an welcome to Techspot.

    Go HERE and follow the instructions.

    If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps together and attach them here.

    you can change the amount of memory that is dumped in the main system section of the control panel

    control panel>
    Performance and Maintinence>
    advanced tab>
    startup and recovery settings>
