Physical memory usage about 96%

Iam using windows 7 64 bit pc of ram 4 gb.
I hav detected a problem of increasing physical memory.when the pc starts physical memory usage will be at 36% around..bt it increasing at a rapid rate.finally my pc getting slower and it crashes.
GIVE ME A SOLUTIN FOR FIXING IT PLZ

Use a command prompt, issue TASKLIST /SVC >task.log and attach or paste into your reply

Is this a relatively new system or a sudden change - - what did you last install?
