Ok...so i know that there are "How to lower ping" threads all over the net but none of the threads seemed to really get to the point with my problem. Really its more like a phenomenon in the since that counter strike source used to work on my computer. But now even after the up grade of a better graphics card it wont work anymore. So i just want to leave the question open of...WHY????
