Pixel phones from Project Fi are showing up blacklisted (Updated)

Happy to announce the phone I sold has been taken off the blacklist after communicating with project fi... so if you're affected by this contact google or more specifically project fi support...
 
If the person who sold it to you stole the phone from someone else, then the phone IS stolen even though it wasn't stolen from you. The problem is that we have a seller below who says he bought the phone from Google and then resold it and now it is marked as stolen. Class-action suite is your only recourse at this stage.

When phone is physically available. I am calling fi n telling them here is phone then how come it's stolen. It's FOUND.. problem is no one interested in found phones... Google got their money, seller got theirs may be from insurance too...

What process did u follow??

I contacted project fi support with the imei and my original order number... they escalated the issue... I contacted support again this morning to check up on it... they stated that they were working on it still... and about 15 mins ago I got word it was taken off the blacklist...

Issue Resolved. Escalated my ticket n just got an email that it's Resolved. Checked n Working fine on Tmobile
