Pixel Shading

My card is a Xtasy GeForce 4 440. I was wondering if my card was capable of pixel shading, like what is used in Elder Scrolls III Morrowind.

I have heard so much about some of the effects in this game when you have pixel shading turned on, but in my options I'm unable to do so.

Did you mean you have a GF4 MX 440?
If so your card doesn't have Pixel shaders so that would be why you can't enable it. But it does have support (limited) for vertex shaders.

The MX card lacks the nFinite FX part of the main Geforce 4, which means no pixel shader capability I am afraid

The GeForce4 MX does not include programmable pixel shaders.

If possible upgrade to a GF3 or above (4get anything mx). It truly is worth it.
