THe problem is that i dont know what is the cause or the program that is causien it. COULD IT BE A DRIVER??? PLEASE HELP... MY LAPTOP IS NEW.. IS A GIFT! I DONT HAVE MONEY TO BUY ANOTHER ONE :'(

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your minidump crashes at sbbotdi.sys. This is the driver for the Speedbit video accelerator software.

Try updating/reinstalling/uninstalling the software.

THNKSS!!!:hotbounce :grinthumb

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!...

I have like one month with this problem i was so worried...

...so it is 100% that this is the problem???... if i reinstall will it be fixed..

I don`t know if reinstalling the Speedbit software will help or not. That`s why I said "Try updating/reinstalling/uninstalling the software." ;)

In any case, I can`t be 100% sure this is the cause of your problem from only one minidump. If after trying what I suggested, you still have problems, please post 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps.

Regards Howard :)

OK:giddy: ....

Looks likes speedbit realy was the prob because I install it may 8 07 and the erros started comming up may 12 until half and hour ago.

about the minidumps I only have one:dead: is that normal??

If you have your computer set to overwrite any minidumps, then yes, you will only ever see one minidump file.

Do the following.

Right click my computer and select properties. then the advanced tab. Under startup and recovery click settings. Untick the box that says Automatically Restart. Under Write Debugging Information, change the dump type to Kernel memory dump. Untick the box that says "Overwrite any existing file". Now change the dump type back to small memory dump(64k). Click ok/apply/ok and restart your computer.

In the event of a system crash, your computer will now give you a BSOD(blue screen of death) instead of just restarting. This will give you some useful info as to what may have caused the crash. Windows should also now write a separate minidump for each crash without overwriting any minidumps.

Regards Howard :)
