PLEASE Help! How to I install .hex Drivers?!

So the drivers I installed for my mp3 player are in the .hex format, which I've never used before. When I open the file, I get a message that says "Windows cannot open this file. IFP-8XXT.HEX To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it...."

What do I do?! Please help!

Sounds to me like you have Mac versions of your drivers. Go back to the website for your mp3 playr and get the Windows version for your corresponding version of Windowz.
