PLEASE HELP!!!!!! I got ishost.exe, isnotify.exe & ismon.exe

My computer would not shutdown and it gives me error messages with the ishost.exe and so on. I have been trying to fix it using HJT but I dont know what to check and I am afraid to do something wrong. PLEASE HELPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your system is infected with some real nasties.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log into this thread, only after doing the above.
