Please Help, I got the Trojan horse Dropper.small 22.Bo Virus

I have the AVG Virus Vision but got also the Trojan horse Dropper.small 22.Bo Virus on my Computer.

Can anybody tell me how I can get rid about it???

My computer get slower and slower.
