Please Help my bro just bought this on craigslist

my brother just bought a dell latitude d610 from craigslist and it had no charger, the guy said it worked, so we wnt i found a cheap charger, charged it up then, this grey screen popped up, i tried to contact the guy who sold it to me but no response, so we checked on the net and saw that people unlock their laptop on this site can someone please unlock this, i really dont want this to be a waste of money, its a 595b lock

as far as i know tha lock can only be reset by Dell. But you could try to remove the cmos battery
