Please help. My computer has not been working properly lately

    Do you have enough memory installed?
    Tell us the brand, model and configuration of your computer... which appears to be a Toshib a laptop.
    The only thing that log tells me is that you have OLD antivirus software and other software installed that is not up to date.
    Were it mine, I would do a good search with Avira Antivir, MalWareBytes, and SuperAntiSpyware... all available for free. Try FileHippo, if you don't know where to look.
    Also upgrade Adobe Reader 7 to 9.2 and have FileHippo lookover your other installs for what they thing you should update.
    The scans with Antivir, MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and Microsoft Security Essentials should find most bugs and fix them.
