Please help! System32 issues

    Hello,

    I am new to the forums and I am in desperate need of help! Every time I attempt to perform critical updates or update the windows media player on my computer, I get the blue screen of death stating that I have "System32:1zx32.sys" error. This is driving me insane!! I am unable to run Internet Explorer now because of the issue as well. I have scoured the forum for a similar issue and tried everything advised with no solution as yet. ANY and all advice is most welcome!
