I have been trying to get rid of the Vundo infection using over a dozen different spyware programs. I went through all of the preliminary steps outlined in this forum but screwed up a couple. I could not get AVG to save a log. When I open up in Safe mode, the screen is so large I cannot reach the portion at the top to move it and I could not click on the icon for saving the log. I did quarantine all of the items, as requested. There were about 20 items marked as high risk and a couple of low risk items. I think I followed all of the other 15 steps outlined.
