Please help with ICS through wireless laptop

I am trying to setup my wireless laptop for ICS w/ my Xbox. The laptop has internet connection wirelessly through my actiontec modem that is connected to my desktop via ethernet cable. I can't figure out how to turn on the ICS to let my Xbox play through my laptop. I was able to turn it on when I was in a Hotel for a couple months and that's how I played on Xbox live was through my laptop to the Hotel's internet connection. I cannot figure out how to do it now for the life of me so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
