  1. Ok, So lately my wireless connection hasn't been working. When i clicked start, right clicked the My Computer icon, clicked manage, my wireless driver wasn't there. I dont know if its actually called a wireless driver or not but the second time i checked it, it was there, and I enabled it. then my wireless worked fine. Then I turned off my laptop and when I turned it back on later the wireless stopped working again, and the driver was gone. There IS a switch on the front of my laptop that turns the wireless on and off but I have it on and it still isnt working. Please help me!

Are you running the laptop on battery ? Sometimes the reduced power profile in Windows Vista can disable things such as wireless networking in order to save battery life. Check your power settings to see if it's not disabled in there.

I have the charger plugged into it and i have Windows XP. I looked around the battery options and such anyway but couldn't find anything.
