    Hello.

    I am plagued wit the w32.gaobot virus and am unable to get to any of the removal tool pages. (Not being able to go to symantec, etc. is one of the symptoms.) How do I get rid of this virus?

    Hi Sorry to hear about your problem.

    Have a read of the virus info at Sophos. They have information for many versions of the gaobot virus.

    If its the worm version of the virus you can find worm removal information here.

    If its the trojan version the info is here.
