Please help?

I recently downloaded ''video activeX object'' and i've now learned it comes with some spyware, and something about a Zlob trojan? I've tried my best but i can't get rid of it, and i'm getting fake error messages in the system tray talking about ''Malware threats'' but they just lead to a dodgy site. Here is my hijackthis log:

I've found two files, pmmnt.exe and pmsnrr.exe in the folder for ''Video ActiveX Object'' in Program Files but it won't allow me to delete them and when i try and terminate them in the Processes tab in Task Manager they just come right back.

Could anyone help me get rid of the spyware?

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
