Please review my logs, thanks in advance!

  1. I have followed the 15 steps at this link:

    (sorry, my account is too new - I am not allowed to post links yet)

    My basic problem is not being able to download anything whatsoever from Microsoft.com's website. A friend had my CPU for a while & I think he did much more harm to it than good. I appreciate any and all help!

    PS:
    I did not include the antispyware log since it did not find any problems - I didn't want to get yelled at... :blackeye:

    Oh yeah, the Panda Antirootkit scan did not find anything as well...

    I don't mean to be a pest, but I really am desperate for assistance if someone could take the time & review my logs. I also did try to post the information in my profile regarding my CPU stats/config. - it will not save for some reason...
