Pls help! Browser is very slow and receives several 'Errors on Page' messages

I have a problem with webpages loading incredibly slow and receiving several 'Errors on Page messages' I suspect it is some type of adware or spyware causing it to occur as several advertisements appear blank on the page once it has loaded. I have a dell and I seem to recall hearing about an internal Spyware they loaded in their computers back about a year ago when I purchased the computer. Can anyone help???? The following is my hijack this registry.

this is typical of a page that contains Javascript that is poorly written.
Cite a URL you use that is causing this and the browser/version that you are
using.

This occurs on several websites.....basically anything with advertisements. Is there anything in this log which looks bad?

yes. You've been playing online poker and many of those sites create problems.
Also you have a local proxy server running on port 2323. If you did not install it
you should be concerned.

Thanks for information.....what is my best bet for cleaning this up? I am no longer playing online poker so if I uninstall these programs will it make it run better? How do I eliminate the trojan?

I am unsure about the proxy server.......how can I tell what it is? I do have a wireless network and have attempted unsucessfully to set up a print server using my desktop and it may be related to this but again I am unsure.
