Im currently trying to fix a hp laptop for somebody which is running windows xp pro. When it boots up it comes up straight away with boot insafe mode etc. But what ever i try it still stops like 1 sec after the windows screen comes up with the scrolly bar across bottom and a blue screen comes up but for like a millisecond before the laptop restarts. Ive tried to check in bios events but do not know wot bios password is and i have tried to many bios backdoor paswords to try get round this can anybody help?????
