Inactive Popup message and unknown desktop icons

Everytime I press the Esc, Del and Enter in my keyboard, a random pop-up message will come out for 5 seconds. And if I press it consecutively, my desktop already have 9,000+ unknown icon which is 0B. Is there anything I can do to remove that virus or malware? There is also some files that avast was unable to scan. Thank you!

Some of my folders can't be opened but the subfolders are still accessible. Also there is something wrong with the keyboard system. Everytime I press Esc, Del and Enter in keyboard/on-screen keyboard, some message will pop-up for like 5 secs. What can I do with this? Is this a virus? Thanks for helping.

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
