Possible virus infection.

Hello there am new to this but i wonder if anyone could help me i am having serious problems with my pc at home i ran all my anti virus programmes and spyware including the Spyware Doctor and i seem to be finding nothing until last nite when i ran the Spyware Doctor and it found Hijackers & Trojans on ma pc, how can i clean them from my computer as it is running really slow and it keeps crashing on me almost every ten mins.

Please can anyone help me
