power/HDD/power on LED

ok.. first of all , it was a dumb dumb move, but I removed the 3 connectors on JP1 on the motherboard of an emachine W3080.. I cannot remember how the three went back on. I got the power correct for the PC turns on but after on attempt to get the other two on correctly I decided to ask someone here for the correct configuration of the "power on" and the "HDD" LED.
