Power supply making diagnostic beeps, no post

Motherboard: INTEL BOXD915GUXLK INTEL 915G CHIPSET SATA150 MICRO ATX

Intel 3.2ghz P4

1gb corsair ram 533mhz

When I press the power button, it doesn't post. The psu gives four beeps (low high low high) and then sometimes immediately and sometimes after a few seconds it turns off. When its a few seconds, the computer puts up the "Intel Desktop Boards" logo on the screen, however, hitting f2 (to go to bios) doesn't work. It's like the computer would work regularly if it weren't for the random turning off. When I had the other stuff connected (CDs,

Could you please recommend a good psu? Doesn't have to have SATA bc I have converter cables. Just a good, solid, preferably inexpensive psu.
