My system is running fine now, even if I put the fans controler into max speed, but now im planning to maximize my fans in my case, here is the fans status for my case:

Question:
Can my PSU handle everything for my system??, im also planning to upgrade my ram to 16 gb.
or What is the Power Supply recommended for my system ?

Or when im planning to upgrade my motherboard, what would fit well with my system? (looking for 4 slot ram) or if my 450 watt power supply, strong enough to power thermaltake dual frio heatsink?

Thx you very much for trying to help!
