Probably not without problems. There are also problems with some Dells... you may not be able to upgrade the power supply, depending on whether you hav a proprietary unit or not.

proprietary in this sense means that its not a standard spec'd unit you can buy at any shop..

It means it was designed by Dell for this Dell product.
You will need to remove their Dell Power supply and compare it spec by spec, and cable by cable with the one you choose to assure they are compatible.
Sometimes it is the cable. Sometimes the +5v or -5V or 12V rail.
