Power_state BSOD

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5515.
1.6 GHz AMD Athlon 2650e
3 GB Ram
ATI Radeon X1200
Windows 7 professional 32-bit

BSOD's have only occured in shutdown, but I have tried a reformat. The last time this happened windows' boot log said it couldn't load vga.sys. But that seems fine now...
