I recently built a new pc with the following graphics : Powercolor r9 390
I am playing world of warships and I got better FPS with my 1gig sapphire card @ 60fps - compared too the R390 @ 28-30FPS
I have not really touched the settings as I don't really know what they do ...The drivers are up to date ... I am running 1920 resolution not 4k ... I did bump my settings in world of warships up to 4k and still got 28-30FPS
am I doing something wrong ? or have I forgot something
