PowerPC overclocking (What If)

    What If,,,

    I have a Macinosh Power PC,,the "CPU" as it seems.
    this CPU card has a legend bout Clock speed and just one of the circuts closed with a Tiny Black thing? but none others.

    This Mac is a Power Macintosh 8600/250
    clock speeds on the card indicate 250Mhz(mine),300,350 and 400Mhz.all un-jumperd. Its also Model 1100 if that helps,
    Can i move that Tiny black thing to another "BUS" and get away with Actually changing Clock Speed?
