Do you know if it's possible to set up in Windows XP, or Win2003Server for that matter, a Power Scheme to turn-off ONLY the slave HD ?
I'm planning to have a dual-boot machine with Windows XP using the whole master HD, and some flavor of Linux -probably SUSE- on the slave HD. The slave HD that I'm planning to use is really noisy (!) therefore my necessity of disabling it while I'm not using it.
Any Windows command would do - it doesn't really have to be a Power Scheme.

p.s. even if a small portion of the master HD has to be used for Linux, the fact remains the same, I'd like to turn-off the slave HD when I'm using Windows.
