I've had Vista Business installed on my new notebook and stumbled upon the following problem. When I try to copy *.nsf files (Lotus Notes database files) from a CD to the hard disk, it returns a 'file not recognised or may be corrupted message'. I noticed that it only happened for files that are greater than 100 Mb in size. Also, for other non *.nsf files regardless of size, there are no issues with the copy.
I found a workaround though by copying the required *.nsf files from the CD to my USB memory stick using my other notebook installed with Windows XP Pro, and then copy the files from the USB memory stick to the Vista notebook.
If anyone can offer any assistance in resolving the initial problem, that would be appreciated as I would be disposing the Windows XP Pro notebook soon and can foresee having to do more copies in the future!
