Problem in firefox

hi friends,
i am facing problem while i am downloading any files through firefox it's showing download locations but files are not downloading, can anybody give solution?

i had this problem a little while back and are you using a beta release?? if so downgrade or if you running anything lower than 2.0.0.11 upgrade...i just upgraded and i started downloading again...

Try downloading "DownThemAll!". It's a Firefox add-on that facilitates all of your downloads into one small client, and it is virtually bug free. This should be your solution because DownThemAll uses a different interface than the Firefox default download; it also is easy with directing files to their intended locations.
