Problem installing radeon video card

hi i have a computer with integrated intel graphics and was trying to install a radeon stealth s80 pci card to upgrade after installing when comp restarts get error message saying unable to run no driver installed.now there is no other card to remove and ive tried to uninstall or disable intel graphics but same thing happens anyone have any advice thanks

What kind of computer or motherboard. On some you disable the onboard video with a jumper on the motherboard and on some it has to be done in the BIOS.

my computer is an acerpower sv not sure of the mother board and when i unable intel graphics the new card does not work.everything checks out fine and says drivers are installed but on restart it says cant launch ati toolbar because driver not installed or not working anyone know if using this card is even possible with integrated graphics chipset installed directly to mother board lmk thanks
