problem running games

    when i run a game it run for a few minutes and then locks up and i hear a clicking noise it happens with every game please help!

    my comp. is:
    amd anthlon 1.73(2100)
    100gb hard disk
    nvidia geforce 4 ti-4600
    sound blaster audigy
    768mb ddr ram
    win xp direct x9

    Does this happen with any game you run? Have you run a hard drive diagnistics program to verify the drive's not going bad on you.

    yes this happens with all games, i dont think its a hard drive prob.
    because i have tried a different hard drive running win ME and it did the same thing!?! also i tried my graphics card on another computer it ran fine no bother.
