Problem when burning .avi to CD

Hi, im not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but here we go. So, when I burn an .avi file to a CD (in this case Naruto) and play it with my dvd-player, the subtitles are not completely in the view. They like are at the bottom of the screen, and I jsut can see like 1/3 of them. Anyone know how I can pull them upper or fix this problem anyway? I've tried to change all the settings on the tv and dvd-player and no luck there. Thanks in advance!

first i need to know what software did you use to make the cd

I used Nero 6.something =I

oh nero does that alot. you have to tweak your menu. I had to put a font 72 for my tv to see the text.
