Problem with all my games minimizing

All of the games I play on my computer (Battlefield 2, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, F.E.A.R. demo) have developed a habit of minimizing in-game every few minutes. I used to have a Geforce FX 5200, but just upgraded to a Gefore 6800GT. However, this was happening before the card switch. Any help?

Could it be another program running in the background stealing focus? Or maybe some malware?

Look over the things you are running.

Basically, I have the same problem but much worse. My game only lasts about thirty seconds at most before crashing. All I can say is scan for spyware and virus'. Use adaware(www.lavasoft.com) avg(www.grisoft.com) and spyware nuker(www.nuker.com) if you don't already have them.
